INSTITUTO TÉCNICO DE FORMACIÓN Y CONSULTORIA AÉREA, S.L. “ITAÉREA”, a company whose main activity is OTHER SPECIALIZED EDUCATION-TRAINING, with registered office in Carril de La Condesa, 58; "Torre Proconsa”; oficina 605-30010; Murcia, Spain, and CIF (VAT-number): B-73694895 (hereafter, “the Company”), is the owner of the website https://www.itaerea.es (hereafter, the Website).
The Company warrants the protection of all personal data provided by the User in the Website and, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27th April 2016, hereafter RGPD, on the protection of individuals with regards to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, as well as the remaining applicable regulations, informs you that:
a) The user whose data appear in this Form expressly consents to the processing of his/her personal data by the company with the purpose of managing the services, and authorizes the communication with those entities in respect of which the Company may have subscribed a contract for service promotion and provision.
